Do you need to hoist the equipment into the building or is there an elevator?
Elevators have weight limits and equipment can be very heavy. Check the weight limit on the elevator BEFORE renting your equipment or contact us for more access options!

Grinders are less aggressive then scarifiers. If polishing concrete is required after removing a coating or adhesives then a grinder is more appropriate as a grinder is less aggressive. If removing a coating is the only requirement a scarifier will perform the job much faster.
A scarifier is also a better option when removing or milling down concrete due to the aggressive cutting teeth.
